At NB Transformations, I use Solution Focused Therapy and Hypnotherapy - a modern, empowering approach that blends positive psychotherapy, neuroscience and gentle hypnosis to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus on analysing the past, Solution Focused work is future focused. Together, we explore your strengths, build on what’s already working, and create a clear, achievable path toward the changes you want to see.
This approach is ideal if you want to feel empowered, supported and actively involved in your own transformation.
Collaborative Conversations:
Each session begins with a calm, focused discussion where we explore what you want to achieve - not what’s “wrong.” We look at what’s going well, what’s possible, and what small steps could help you move forward.
Positive Psychology & Neuroscience:
I share simple insights to help you understand how your brain works and how change happens. Understanding this can help you feel more in control and more hopeful.
Gentle Hypnosis:
You’ll experience a deeply relaxing trance state - similar to guided meditation - where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and new perspectives. You remain fully in control throughout.
No Digging into the Past:
We don’t dwell on problems or painful memories. Instead, we focus on building solutions, strengthening reslience and moving forward with confidence.

Initial Consultation (Online via Zoom)
I explain how the brain works and how Solution Focused Therapy and Hypnotherapy support change, and what you can expect from the process.
Weekly Sessions
We focus on your goals, what’s going well, and the small, meaningful steps that help you move closer to where you want to be. Sessions can be face‑to‑face in my home studio or online via Zoom.
Trance (Hypnosis)
A safe, natural state of focused attention - like guided meditation. You remain in control while your subconscious becomes more open to positive suggestions. You will receive a recording to listen to between sessions.
Tailored, Collaborative Support
There’s no one-size-fits-all. I tailor your experience based on your goals, strengths, and pace, ensuring the process feels supportive, empowering and achievable.
Where I Work
I offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and OT‑informed support to clients across the UK. My home studio is based near Reading in West Berkshire (Beenham), where I provide face‑to‑face sessions for local clients. I also work online with people throughout the UK and internationally.
I regularly support clients in Reading, Newbury, Beenham, Theale, Bradfield, Thatcham, Bucklebury, Mortimer, Maidenhead, Marlow, and the wider Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, London, Surrey, Hampshire and Wiltshire areas, as well as across the UK and internationally for online sessions.
