Weekly Sessions
We focus on what you want to achelve, what’s going well, and what small steps would help you move closer to your goals. These can be face to face at my home studio or online via zoom.
Trance (Hypnosis)
A safe, natural state of focused attention - like guided meditation. You remain in control while your subconscious becomes more open to positive suggestions. You will receive a recording to listen to between sessions.
