Qualifications & Approach
I’m Natalie - a Solution Focused Therapist and Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy MNCH (reg.) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council CNHC (reg.). I trained with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), the UK’s leading provider in this field, and hold both the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) - widely recognised as the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or 'tapping' which can help with a variety of problems and difficulties.
Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I’m a qualified and practicing Occupational Therapist BSc (Hons) with over 13 years’ experience across health and social care. I also hold a degree in Complementary Therapies BSc (Hons), which continues to inform my holistic, person-centred approach. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep belief in transformation.
Why I Do What I Do
My path into hypnotherapy began with personal experience. Facing a challenge in my own life, I tried hypnotherapy - and was struck by how powerful and lasting the change was. During one trance session, I visualised a future version of myself helping others in the same way. That vision stayed with me, and a few months later, I began my training at CPHT. I haven’t looked back since.
With a natural openness to new approaches and a foundation in Complementary Therapies, I bring warmth, clarity, and deep listening to every session. I believe real change doesn’t come from dwelling on the past, but from tapping into your existing strengths and imagining what’s possible. Every session is a space for growth - focused on what works, and guided by the belief that transformation is always within reach.
